Shipping policy

Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. All candles are hand-poured and some may be made to order.

Domestic Shipping

Standard and expedited shipping rates are available at check-out on all domestic orders within the U.S.

You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 24-48 hours once a label has been created.

Please make sure shipping information is correct at check-out. If shipping information is not correct, please contact info@backtobasichealing.com as soon as possible for us to try to accommodate the change needed. 

Once an order has shipped, unfortunately, final delivery is out of our hands and at this time we cannot replace missing or stolen packages.

We are currently unable to offer international shipping- but hope to very soon.
