To Use:

• Open all doors and windows.
  
• Light top of sage stick/bundle until a red ember is achieved.
• Allow the flame to extinguish and waft sage stick/bundle smoke around the body and/or space.
• Concentrate on the energy you want to remove/transform and allow the stick/bundle to guide you.
• Stamp burnt end on a burner tray or fire-proof surface.
• Reusable for multiple sessions.
